We do not make offers over the phone, by email, or by text. All offers must be made in person.

There are a couple of important reasons for this. First, we need to personally inspect the firearm and evaluate its condition before determining its value. Second, we understand that selling a firearm can be a personal transaction. Both buyers and sellers may have strong opinions about an item’s value, and sometimes those opinions differ. When negotiations take place through email, text, or over the phone, important elements of a personal conversation—such as tone, body language, respect, and simple human interaction—can easily be lost. We recognize that this is a financial transaction, but we also believe it should be handled with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Meeting with you in person allows us to properly evaluate the firearm, discuss its value openly, and work toward a fair agreement while giving you the respect you deserve.

That being said, we are always happy to answer questions and provide general information. We simply require that all purchase offers be made in person.
